Please note this cartridge contains a Mylar bag, if this becomes split or punctured you will not be able to refill the cartridge.

When not in use store the cartridge in airtight bag with moist paper towel.

Empty cartridges left for more than 3 days do not always give a successful re-fill.

Remove the cartridge from the printer.

Using a Stanley knife or similar cut the label between the top and bottom cap of the cartridge.

Flip the bottom cap back; this will expose the Mylar bag.

To remove the Mylar bag, squeeze the sides of the cartridge case and pull slightly on the bag.

Inside the fill hole there is a rubber seal, insert the eye screw provided until a firm grip is made, pull out the seal.

Do not lose this seal. Assemble the needle and syringe and fill with ink.

Carefully insert the needle into the filling hole(no more than 12mm)

Fill the Mylar bag with ink, until the ink appears at the bottom of the filling hole.

Reseal the bag with the seal. Remove any air from the Mylar bag.

This could be messy, work over a sink.

Holding the bag at about  a 45 degrees angle with the outlet hole tube at the top.

Take the empty needle and syringe and push the plunger all the way down.

Insert the needle into the outlet hole. Press and release the pump (see above) several times.

Pull the plunger back to remove any air.  Remove the needle.

This procedure might have to be repeated.

Replace the myler bag into the cartridge case and clip the bottom back into place.

Repeat this proceedure for each colour.
