Order normally dispatched within 24 hours. We have no influence on postal delivery time. All prices include 17.5% VAT.

For peace of mind, we offer secure payment processing by using Paypal online card processing.You can either use your paypal account if you have one or pay by credit or debit card. We try our best to process all the orders within a reasonable time frame. If however, goods cannot be mailed within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this. If there is to be a delay, you will have the option to continue with the transaction or to cancel your order.

Returns & Refunds

Our objective is to provide a wide selection of office supplies at the best prices over the Internet. For your peace of mind and happiness, we offer these terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it up to 14 days after receipt of order. All items must be unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, manuals, and accessories). Postage and insurance are not refundable.

If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days.

Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a full refund. All returns must be shipped, freight prepaid. Send the goods to Inkfast, 1 Rowan Avenue, Horwich, BL6 6TB. If you use Royal Mail first class post, the cost of postage will also be refunded.
